Use a piece of string or tape measure to measure the circumference of your wrist.

Size Small Wrist circumference = 5” - 6.25”

Size Large Wrist circumference = 6.25” - 7.5”

If your cuff is too small or too large, use two hands to slightly bend the cuff inwards or outwards until the desired fit is found.
